Shelly forgot to say the flowers are beautiful.
Also forgot to tell you to be sure and take a pic of the repair so they can't come back on you and say they didn't see it. I always explain the flaw/repair, where it is, and refer to the picture. If you read my auctions I'm pretty detailed between the title, description and pics. I recently refunded a gals money becausse there was a small spot on the lace (cape) that I didn't see. She was so good about it and said she would try to bleach that spot. I recommended peroxide and she was delighted. I didn't even ask her but just did a refund. She told me it hadn't been necessary but I made a friend and a trusting customer. I want my feedback to reflect my policy so people know what to expect. THAT's why I'm so careful in descriptions...LOL...no refunds if I can help it.
