The garage sales have started but not as many as in previous years....now many surrounding communities have taken to having them on a different weekend so one can go to the area one wants. Have picked up a few items but do I really need them. If it's a good price, I buy it and then give it away. The fun is in the hunt. Planted a few tomatos but haven't got any annuals -- the tulips didn't do well but the dianthus are slowly starting up. Went poisoning the dandelions but there are always a few that get missed. Hopefully the grass with choke some of them out. Marson
