Thought it was a "warmer" day yesterday so I trudged off to pick up the mail at the post office. It was colder than I thought - didn't bother shovelling off the driveway as my face & toes were starting to feel cold. The road was icy & the street was icy & rutted - rather dangerous to walk on. No flowers poing out their heads around here - some are still covered with about an inch or two of snow. Hopefully it will warm up.
Doing some volunteer work at the thrift shop but getting a ride - then have an appt. with the optometrist. Working on taxes (or at least on all the prep work). Note a chore that I do cheerfully. Still trying to downsize - always more than I thought. Marson
