We've had a few frosty days so people have been bringing in their planters & covering up the seedlings in the garden. Had a few days of rain which was very needed. Opened a bag of 'black earth' which turned out to look like peat moss -- there is a difference - you'd think the company would know. Needed soil i.e. earth not the fly away peat. Put in the potted Easter lily & mums and will be interesting to see if they take. The mum I planted two years ago seems to be coming up. Still need some geraniums, petunias, bacopa & alysum to put in the planter & in front of the window. Perhaps something for a pot or long planter on a wrought iron stand. Will see if I can get to a greenhouse. They've implemented further covid restrictions - it's beginning to feel like a jail. Good thing I'm not in an apartment and have a yard & green space behind me.
