It is in the minus celsius - bitterly cold out there. Just shoveled around 2 ft. in front of the door. Did the work at the thrift store & picked up two pyjama tops for 50 cents and a medical anatomical book (a big honker of one that I needed) for 50 cents for a grand total of one dollar). Friend then took me to the grocery store & I picked up a few suppplies but forgot to go to the mail (havenèt been there in a week). Still havenèt picked up my glasses as itès too cold to walk - maybe next week. Donèt know why the computer is adding the ÈeÈ when I press for the apostrophe. Picked up Merci chocolates before Christmas as well as Ferrero Roche almondé coconut and a friend gave me a bag of Godiva chocolates and I also stocked up on Lindt (a variety of bars) and it was too cold to venture out and get my usual after Christmas bargains.
