Hi all, Thanks for the birthday wishes. I am just glad to have another birthday. If I hadn't had the heart surgery 2 years ago, I wouldn't even be here now.
We had planned to go out to eat, but after a day of shopping we were just too tired to enjoy it, so came home instead and snacked for supper.
I always read the board, but have just been too busy to post. We have been trying to get ahead of the weeds in the garden and flower beds. I think we are fighting a losing battle. We lost several shurbs, and a lot of my bulbs haven't come up. Last years heat and lack of rain sure caused a lot of problems. My Dutch Iris are blooming and are really pretty as are the bluebonnetts. I even brought in 4 roses today. The blooms are about 5 inches across. I need to get to bed...Ann
