Shelly, i was a sonar technician specialist in underwater fire control computer systems (no, not fighting fires, this was the aiming of weapons for underwater threats, i.e. submarines. i served on tin cans (destroyers). navy vets know my compatriots as tin can ping jockeys (destroyer sonar techs).
