AMBER - You said "My mom had this wonderful ’Sunbeam ’ cake mixer and I just found it …..Brought back so many good memories but I also found her meat grinder..so I can keep one…"
Think it may be all or non. Believe the meat grinder is an attachment that needs the power of the mixer motor to run.
This link may have more info.

ALSO A while back you said your condo owner was taking half of your storage space. Unless he is just letting you use HIS space I do not believe he can take half your space.
Realize that states may have different rules... But When my Mom got her condo the storage area was deeded to the unit as was the parking space and the additional space she purchased. It was a place specific and could not be "taken back".Another thing. Thought you said the owner like owner of the building?? But aren't condos owned by an association made up of the unit owners??? Aren't you the owner of the condo? or do you rent from an owner of the unit?
Even then if you are renting from someone your storage space should be written into the lease aggreement and should not change.
