• Good morning! Spring truly is here as my iris are budding.

Have sold about $350 worth of glass, old posters, coins, MAD magazines...a lot of this is from drawer cleaning. Things I haven't looked at in eons.

  • Shelly my cousin lives in Canton but this address is way out in the woods, kind of "Deliverance" country. There was no phone number associated with the company.

It if finally above freezing but we're back in the deep freeze tomorrow and then MORE SNOW.

  • Shelly, Zachary Williams is a neighbor of Susan's and also owns a company, Rivers Edge Construction. I don't have a phone number but I bet this is Zac.

So far Susan still owns the house, so I assume she is alive but just for whatever reason not communicating. I can't seem to get anywhere past this information.

  • Good news! It's 7 above! I have not stuck my nose outside since Friday!

  • Greetings from FROZEN Missouri. We have had snow, ice, 40 MPH winds and subzero temps. I think we broke a record for lowest HIGH temp for a single day. It's still i the minuses and I am hoping by Tuesday to be on the plus side as I not only have cookware that I sold to be picked up but we have a VA appointment.

I just rode 15 minutes on my Ergociser!

  • Hi everyone. With the aid of Googlemaps I was able to find Susan's house and Bear's old trailer. Way out in the woods at the end of a long woodsy road with a lot of trailers. Quite a ways north of her town. I found nothing else. No neighbors nearby. House not on the market. Anyone remember the fellow who helped her?

  • Her phone number came up as invalid and her email bounced back.

  • Good morning!

I wish we had some way to contact Susan. I wonder where the heck she is??

Happy Birthday! I am so sad your children are not doing very well.

Got the tree home and it is soaking up a bucket of water.

  • Good morning all! Sorry I have been MIA. We had a lovely trip to NC and GA, and returned safely. Weather except for two days was perfect. We flew into a snowstorm in Chicago but it blew away and the sun came out for our final leg home.

Thanksgiving brought 7 to my table including two "onlies" and they always are welcome.

Since then I have a dear friend in hospital and not doing well, and another who died suddenly. I will miss this wonderful spirit who always made everyone smile.

  • Good evening. Shelly I heard nothing from Susan. I hope she is okay. Did you give me her last name?

  • Good morning! Shelly, she had a ton of costume. The estate sale gal priced everything so high nobody bought much even for half price day. Prices were absurd. Thankfully neighbor did NOT then sell "everything left" to a dealer as suggested to her, and I have managed to sell some of it for her.

  • Good morning! My neighbor's daughter held an estate sale for her parents' things. I bought this!

  • Alpha-gal means if I eat anything mammal including gelatine (they even put that in shots so I have to ask) it can put me in the hospital or worse. And not right away. The reaction is delayed about 2-8 hours. It's acquired by a tick bite.

I like fresh fish. My mother, a New Englander, knew how to make fish tasty even for kids. Most people over cook fish and it tastes and smells terrible.

    I will try Susan's email.

  • Morning!!

Shelly thank you!!! Can you send me Susan's email?

Because I have Alpha-gal syndrome I can not eat red meat or consume anything from a mammal. I also have to avoid wheat. I found Schar's gluten free deli bread to be okay. I make a Boar's Head turkey sandwich, toasted in the oven, with it. Add mustard, mayo & pickles and it's pretty good.

Son FINALLY took most of his stuff from the garage. Maybe a new car IS in my future. Washed and shined up the old one yesterday. $1 VIP wash at Club Car Wash.

  • Good afternoon. Shelly, I heard from Tincey. She just had thyroid surgery, poor thing.

  • Good morning. I delivered recycling (City stopped picking up), mailed my mortgage payment, and dropped off a bag at TheWardrobe.

I figure anything out is a good thing. It's raining!!!

  • Shelly does anyone have Susan's contact information?

Still keeping an eye on the shelter sites, you never know when that right doggy will come along.

Meanwhile selling and giving away everything.

  • Potties, who was Cathydid? I just ran across a note from her from twenty years ago!!

  • Good afternoon. Shelly it just wan't meant to be I suppose.

  • Good afternoon!

Shelly we did not get the little Cocker. She looked so like old Maggy. But it was just not in the stars. Someone else was ahead of us.

  • Afternoon!

It's been a year since Boss died. I am going to meet a little blonde Cocker at the Humane Society Monday. I will take the harness and leash just in case.I saved his dog beds. I will also put the seat cover in the back seat. If she has been spoken for they will let me know. The only thing I need are new dog bowls.

Susan please come back and tell us how you are. We treat our well twice a year.

Going through my parents' collection of WWII newspapers. Also some from the JFK assassination, and 1957 integration. Sold the Moon Landing ones.

  • Good afternoon!

Shelly it is so hard to watch your children undergoing things like that. They are always little kids in our eyes.

Pneumonia appears to be gone so thank goodness for that. Now my dear BIL is in hospice and likely to be gone soon.

I love him dearly. We lost touch a little during COVID and the beginnings of his dementia. I regret that.

  • Good morning! Hi Susan! I hope all is well now but can sympathize about those rough days.

This pneumonia is being stubborn but I am better. I hired a high school boy to help in the yard.

  • Fire-King buyer is a no-show. It happens periodically. Maybe I should keep it!

  • Good afternoon! Just took a nice walk. This morning Mike had Parkinsons speech therapy which is helping a lot. This weekend I had a man come and cut back the honeysuckle and stack it and he will haul it away, We are negotiating a price.

I already paid for the cut and stack.

Selling a Fire-King bowl in the morning. One of my favorites but I have to cut down.

  • Good morning! When I lugged the trash down the long hill the air was scented with daffodils and lilacs.

  • Hi everyone.

Yesterday I had to turn the AC on for a bit, today we are freezing our backsides off. The daffodils are going crazy!!!

  • Hi everyone.

Shelly it's a Sweet Gum tree. And they come either with the brown pointy gum balls or none. The gum balls fall all over and get stuck in gutters and if you step on one you can break an ankle!

Down in Arkansas the subdivision we lived in and my father developed (my mother named the streets) was flattened in the tornado.
Daddy is long gone since 1984, but I know he would have been sad to see it.

  • Good morning! I found out that yesterday's tornado in Little Rock took out a whole neighborhood that my father developed in the 1960s and we lived in for about ten years.

Here in MO we had so much hail I thought the windows would break. Son had damage to his 2 year old car.

    Hahaha Shelly that's pretty funny!

Now the gum balls are from a sweet gum tree. The parents planted this dang thing. They could have bought a gum-ball-free version but this one was probably ten cents cheaper...It is a huge job every year raking them up.

  • Good evening! I peek in here and there but don't see any activity very often.

Shelly you have a lot on your plate right now. Prayers for both sons improved health and recovery.

Our daffodils are busting out all over! And it was pleasant enough to work in the yard for two days. Don't want to rake too much because of pollinators...but did get up a LOT of gum balls and cut back some brush before it starts growing.

  • Hi everyone!

Shelly I say a little prayer for your family. Especially your son who is so ill and going through so much. May he begin to heal soon and come out the other side. I know you worry.

I did not know that about Gil's meds. They lost dear old Lizzie too. She was a cool dog.

Getting older is not for the faint of heart, that's for sure.

Sold a big 3 gallon crock, and a beach bag this past week.

  • Morning everyone! We are negative at last. Back working in the yard and Mike is back in therapy.

  • Well! This is Day 11 after COVID symptoms began. Tested positive that Monday, Mike followed suit two days later. Light fever, gnarly cough, and I had two days of feeling like I had the flu. Remember I have to look after him so I couldn't just crawl into bed.

Thankfully I had plenty of soup, and friends and family brought things like rotisserie chicken. I had a big bag of California oranges and two big bottles of lemonade so we stayed full and hydrated. Took extra C and zinc. Did a lot of sleeping. Fever was gone in two days, and cough vanished soon after. I did find generic guaiafenesen and dextromethorphan with nothing else in it so started that day 1.

I am hearing from friends who are still coughing after weeks, so I am so lucky.

  • Morning all! 1 week into Parkinsons BIG therapy. I know it is helping!

Weather here has been more like March.

Sold a 3 gallon Pittsburgh pottery crock and my beautiful vanity tray.

  • Good afternoon.

Just sold a jadite Fire-King bowl. The flow blue fetched $70. Doing way better than eBay minus the hassles.

I am a little blue thinking of all the potties who have gone "to their reward" as my mother used to say. I probably will not get another dog as I don't want to worry about what would happen to it were I to vanish.

  • Good evening friends.

It appears our old pottie Gordon has passed away. He was having heart trouble in August and going into hospital and I had not heard or seen anything since. I can not find anything on his FB page.

  • Morning! It's cold in Missouri!

Shelly those requests for phone numbers seem to all be scammers on FB. I use good photos and description, just like when I was on eBay. I also check THEIR FB page and if it looks hinky I just move on. 80% of my "is it available" messages are legit. I usually sell right away but some just sit so I take them down and repost later. Never give out information till you are pretty sure you have a real person (checking their page really does help),
Don't hold items if the person keeps making excuses (my cat/ car died, my mother in law showed up to visit, kids all have the flu)--though this could be true once or twice, some people love stringing us along.

I have sold hundreds of items this way and an appalled I HAD so much stuff. No more.

  • Morning all! The Wolf Moon was setting as the sun came up. Very pretty.

Shelly yes, posted at $85 but probably would take $70. Or keep it! It is cobalt. I checked the green mark and it was used till 1901.

I never use eBay anymore because after fees, packing time and expense, I do about as well on Facebook without all the trouble.

As well I don't trust eBay. I started on eBay in 1998 when it was fun. Now it's all fake handbags and electronics.

  • Good foggy morning! Bad weather all around us but just rain here.

Here is something I've decided to part with. Belonged to my late brother-in-law's aunt or great aunt. It's a lady's vanity tray, Wm. Guerin late 1800s.

  • I forgot to get black eyed peas! I guess I will have them and turkey bacon (can't eat anything mammal) later.

  • Happy New Year, all!

Shelly two of my boys are here several times a week. They help with yard, house, and their Dad. The others (daughter & husband, son and wife) come from Atlanta at least once a year, and the Kansas City one more often. I am very very lucky. Two showed up yesterday!!!

Best of all (not really) they take things away! My entire lower level living room (huge) now only has one table, a trunk and one sofa. There is a recliner but it is scheduled for donation.

  • Christmas Day with youngest, Jonathan.

  • Hi kids!

Daughter and son in law came, treated for dinner, chose and carried off many thIngs, bought a tree and decorated it, and then on Sunday we all went out for a late lunch. Sat around eating the chocolate brownies I made. Then off they went home today. They really took a lot of things.

Then I got a cute text from a grandson!

  • Hi Kids!

Son came up for the day and took Mike for a ride in a fancy Mustang (not his). He also took home a lot of things including some Japanese masks that are gorgeous but should stay in the family. Nice to have the empty places. I made Boar's Head turkey sandwiches and gluten free brownies.

It's only 9:30 ish but e are both pooped!

  • Oh thank goodness. Just tech stuff. All fixable.

Son got me (I paid but he did it) a MacBook Air. Makes the old (11 years) MacBook seem like carving in stone.

My new CBD gummies are here so I hope I will be a little calmer. This caregiver business can fry yer brains right quick.

  • Good gloomy morning. Kids will be here in a week to visit, and to carry off what they want! Services for Independent living came to assess what we need to keep Mike home.

I am concerned about Susan as well.

  • Meanwhile I am selling everything I can and stashing cash in case we do need care. Right now he's improved dramatically on the carbidopa-levodopa.

  • Morning all.

Shelly I hope I stay healthy until I just lie down in harness....

  • Hi Shelly! Where is everyone?

I had to pay $5,500 a month for a double room for Mike when he was in memory care 5 years ago. Home care is best if you can manage.

  • Good morning everyone.

We had a nice gathering with the kids (not all, daughter & her husband went for a much needed break to Florida's Emerald Coast).

Mike started progressing in his Lewy Body dementia and has developed Parsinsonism so is now on carbidopa-levodopa for that. He fell and has a big bruised area on his chest and a knot just at his collarbone (yes, we had Xrays done and nothing is broken). Now the kids want usto move but I am more interested in retrofitting the house at least for the time being. Once he is bedridden and it will happen he will be cared for at home. This is very sad. Selling everything I can think of for funds as home care is not free,

  • Shelly I am here. Just looking after Mike with his spine fracture has been time-consuming.

Kids came, helped get stuff done, took things with them!!!

It's November and I have to think about Thanksgiving already.

  • Kids are coming for a visit and will carry off anything they want.

  • Good morning! Susan that is beyond bizarre and such a happy surprise!

Mike and I have had our COVID vaccines and flu shots. I have to be careful because some vaccines have gelatin in them which can trigger an alpha-gal reaction.

Mike fell coming in the house over a week ago coming in the house. I was amazingly able to get him in to orthopedics and equally amazing a spot opened up for MRI and he has a fracture of L2 and is now in a back brace. He also gets pain meds and a topical pain cream and will start PT soon. I guess our exit from this house will be sooner than later. I have been selling things at a steady pace but mostly small things.

  • Good afternoon. Flu shots Saturday.

Found a boatload of old posters up in my closet, left behind by kiddos. Selling on Facebook Marketplace. I love seeing the empty shelves!

  • From what I could tell Max last posted here June 3.

  • Hi everyone.

Shelly, thank you. I know everyone was wondering why we had not heard from her. The link works and there are lots of pictures. Gosh, I guess I know known Max through eBay for at least 15 years. Interesting it did not mention Bob nor John.

Pianos are almost impossible to sell or even give away unless classic antiques or rare. I did it for a friend within an hour and it was just pure luck I contacted someone LOOKING for a piano!! Let's hope it goes smoothly.

  • Good morning, all!

Shelly I am so glad you are better now. I tested negative in the hospital and getting Omicron vax Tuesday. I have signed up for free grocery delivery. It's $49 a year! Unlimited deliveries (I was tipping at curbside anyway).

Son's sweetheart lost a bunch of weight with COVID and was vaxxed. I will probably get it eventually no matter what. I have already lost over 20 lbs with the wacky pancreas. At 109 now!

  • Hey kids! A word to the wise. If you have been bitten by a tick, specifically a Lone Star tick, you might want to get tested for something called Alpha-gal. It causes a reaction to mammal products and there is a lot of that in food, supplements, soups. I ended up in the ER and now have to carry an epipen everywhere. I am recovering but redirecting my diet is daunting. Even skin creams can be suspect!

In other news, the weather is stellar for nice walks (no yard work for me till tick season is over). In a few days we will have been married 52 years. I am too wiped out to even celebrate.

  • Finally! Cool and sunny and breezy!!!!

Last night son came over and fired up both old "gumdrop shape" iMacs. They work!!! They have been sitting for YEARS! We will take off all photos and then delete all data and sell them as I have all the companion pieces and books and discs.

  • Hi everyone!

Marson the deer LOVE hostas, Like I planted them just for them. Susan Hellebores may be just the ticket.

  • Hi everyone!
I have been taking advantage of cooler weather and digging out the driveway some more. I also sifted the dirt I brought out and got all the weeds and roots out. Then put the fresh black dirt in the area where I will plant SOMETHING that likes shade and grows low.

Let's hope we hear from Max. And Gordon!

  • alked to a human and got it all fixed up.

  • The reason I went into the account is I was looking for Max's ID.

  • Good morning! Susan, I went in to eBay (I haven't sold in years and have no banking information tied to it) and a NEW ID popped up for me. Fyrqueen still exists byt my information now opens a new account that has zero feedback. I can't find a way to talk to anyone. Also, all the information I had for fyrqueen is now attached to this new one. Ideas?

  • Morning all. Cool at last!

Susan, do you know Max's eBay name?

  • Hi kids!

We got some rain but nothing like those poor folks in St. Louis. Susan, thanks for checking on us. What we got here was appreciated and needed. Still drizzling which is perfect. We are actually almost in the center of the state and St. Louis is on the Mississippi about 2 hours east of us.

  • Good afternoon, potties. I have been inside avoiding the heat. I fill the birdbath several times a day with our very cold well water. I saw a little squirrel playing in it!

While inside I have been gathering things for the VFW sale. I also found (to sell) some old Mac games including the boxes, booklets and disks. One was Math Blaster from our old Quadra (floppies). The other is the Mac Funpack with instruction book with both disks. That was for our gumdrop-shaped iMac.

The wind is quite brisk so I might walk down to get the mail.

  • Good afternoon. Hottish today but nothing like last week.

Marson the poor animals. Fire is frightening. My sister in NM is not far from the Black Fire.

I washed all of Boss' things and gathered everything to be donated to a dog rescue. I could not bear to part with all of it so I put the clean leashes, coats and harnesses in a Lands' End tote and everything else is going to the rescue.

  • Good afternoon! Finally cooled off after a beastly hot week. I did sell a few things, what Mike would call "nickel and dime" stuff. Hoping for more.

Marson going through the things of someone who has passed away is tough. So many memories, and especially your own child.

No more dogs. Though I have said if sister needs someone to take her little dog I of course will as I know her well and love her.

She kind of looks like a baked potato with legs.

Gordon sorry you are ailing!! Do you have an inhaler and a nebulizer? If not, get thee one as soon as possible. My asthmatic son
    got great benefit from them.

Big black snake has decided to hang out here and hopefully he is eating. up any mice here.

  • Good morning. I just finished shredding all the old papers (or recycling them). Send some printouts of Mike's old ads to the kids.

I found out that some of these old brochures for tractors (John Deere, AGCO, Challenger) actually sell!

Does anyone have Max's phone number?

  • Hey all--hot enough for ya? It's going to get muggy here...ugh.

Shelly we sold the red Targa to pay for Mike's care. "Memory care" is not covered by Medicare. If anyone has the chance to get long-term-care insurance--do it.

  • Good morning all. The hot spell has broken and it's cool and rainy. I just did a quick grocery run (and on top of having literally no shoppers at this hour, employees were masked and GLOVED) and am home. Discovered I did not pay for a little shallot but was overcharged for cookies so, I feel it's a wash. If it had been more than 50 cents I would call and arrange to pay.

Now Gordon you are not supposed to scare us like that. And I am delighted you are okay. It was in the high 90s yesterday and very humid so of course I did yard work and scraped old paint off screen frames. I detest the heat, Marson I am with you. Indoors in the cool for me if I can!

Just got a photo from son's GF in Egypt, sitting on a camel pretending to hold up a pyramid. She was very anxious about this first bit of travel since the virus began circulating but she is vaxxed and boosted and armed with many masks and wipes galore. A seasoned traveler, she has already enjoyed watching a wedding take place in the courtyard of her hotel, lunch on the Nile, and now a camel ride.

We'll see her in a week.

Boy do I miss that little doggo.

  • Wow--where is everyone?

It's still a little weird here with no dog. No one to greet me with a happy face and waggytail and pattering feet. The place in our lives that he left is just a yawning chasm. Just miss him so much.

Took FIVE bags of shredded paper to recycling. I think I am ahead of the whole downsizing thing. Wish I could sell more stuff. LOTS of nice Matchbox cars!!

  • Good morning everyone.

Supposedly we had a huge storm last night but I see no sign of anything down or such.

No, Marson, he was the least bossy dog ever. All he wanted was to be cuddled and petted, and he preferred people to food! However he had a big snarly bark that belied his true nature--a good thing to have when you don't know who might be at the door!

I hope you get the answers you need.

  • Good evening everyone.

Marson I was so saddened at your news. I am sure it is a terrible shock for you. I'm very sorry.

Sadly we had the vet come to send Boss over the Rainbow Bridge Friday evening. In the past few weeks he had gone downhill rapidly. From running and jumping and gobbling his food, at the end he was eating nothing. I brought him water which he drank. We got him when he was 5, and had more than ten good years with him. I have given away his bags of treats and other things but the kids suggested I keep the dog beds and harnesses. They think I will want another dog.

  • Good morning. Last night our son came by and made empanada bowls for us. Today the other son is taking me to a fabulous nursery to get a hanging basket for the front patio.

I opted for the two pairs of glasses. I know the no-line ones are harder to get used to for people like me with eye-brain balance problems but they would have been much less expensive. And the transitional lenses on the distance ones were expensive.

Sold everything in two Rybbermaid tubs and sold the tubs!! On my actual birthday, too. It was awful weather and poor dog was sick with a tummy upset so we just pretended my birthday was the next day!

  • Good afternoon. I passed my driver's license renewal. Barely passed the eye test. Eye exam today. I am getting one pair for distance/driving and one for reading/computer. I could get the no-line and have one but opted for two. I can get spares for each.

    Gordon, ewwwww.

I saw the lunar eclipse, and the moon really was huge and turned red!!

  • Good morning.

Did not get the heavy rain or hail, but it did rain.

Max I have sold some of my butter knives, only saving my mother's and one set that includes the master butter and a set of 8 little ones (nickel silver so no silver at all). I have those two posted on Facebook Marketplace.

I think something is eating my irises.

  • Morning all!

Susan, yes, we still call it "Dire Rear." It is funny.

Old butter knife. Reed & Barton.

  • Good morning. Already been to the store & pharmacy, now have to get Mike to medical appt. I should sit down while I can. Also looking after sick old dog who seems to be recovering from what my son, when a baby, called Dire Rear.

    Hot & humid. Ugh.

Susan some of my sticks were 12' long!!! And thick around as a man's arm. Someone collected them all before the last storm and now I have more.

  • Hi everyone.

    Gordon I can believe that.

STILL raining so I am still in bed with a cup of coffee. I did take the dog for a walk yesterday between storms.I should get on my 1975 Schwinn stationary!

I sold some nickel silver serving pieces and I thought they would never sell. As well, some plate, all from the turn of the century.

  • Good morning! Off to get my pneumonia shot!

I have been pestered long enough by kids to get it. Then I will get my next COVID booster.

Gordon what I really worry about with the license is getting a great haircut for the picture!

  • Good morning. Early blood draw for Mike. Then I dashed off to the store, and will take him to therapy at 3. I made myself a nice breakfast of gluten-free granola, blueberries, pecans. Of course a cup of coffee. My one.

I need to pick up sticks after the wind we've had. Lots of sticks.

I need to get my hair cut before renewing my driver's license. I dreamed last night I not only looked terrible for it but couldn't answer any questions nor read the eye chart.

  • Good afternoon!

Starting on the Matchboxes as all the Hot Wheels and "brand X" cars are gone. Keeping ones made in Germany, France and England. That leaves quite a few to sell (maybe 50 or so).

This is a Formula 1 (yellow) and Group C (red).

  • Good morning!

Gordon, too funny! They are all lined up on my deck railing, and they do look a bit mad.

Took Mike to urologist yesterday and they ordered bloodwork. It was just a checkup so no major tests. It was at the University hospital and I was very nervous about being around people. But we were checked at the door, and asked all kinds of questions, and everyone was masked. At check-in they asked the same questions, and I saw each check-in person using hand sanitizer between each patient and wiping off the sign-in pad. Sanitizer was available everywhere. We are about to get our second boosters as it has been 6 months. Mike never reacts, I get sick (every time).

  • Afternoon all!

We've been told to stop feeding birds due to bird flu. My cardinals are all mad.

  • Good morning!!

Shelly I am so sorry about your son's diagnosis. Having said that cancer treatment is light years ahead of what it was ten years ago
    even.

I have to get my driver's license renewed next month!! Better get my eyes checked.

All of the Hot Wheels are sold. Still have about 50 Matchbox. Here are the "rally & race" ones.

  • Good morning. The new meds are kicking in for Boss. He has remembered his house training again and I only need to take him out once in the night (not always--often he sleeps through).

Susan one of the horses rescued was Witez I believe and he is great grandpappy of my other sister's horse. If I have my facts straight.

I sold another 11 cars. Still have about 50 Matchbox to go but hundreds are gone!!! I even sold one of the now-empty carryalls.

  • Good morning!

Two days ago I was in tee shirt and jeans, windows open, even ran the AC in the car a bit when out. Now we are freezing our butts off and in between it POURED, with thunder & lightning!

Yes, we will miss Salonka. She was a good girl. Her breeding was from Poland, very elegant. Her ancestors were at risk in WWII. She was an international endurance horse and I believe I did say she had her own passport! Her great grandsire was Salon, who was a famous stallion. My mother adored her.

I did my caregiver tapdance and got Mike more therapy. Yippeee! Kids will help with the pickup and delivery.

Sold $200 worth of Matchbox and Hot Wheels!!! I do love the empty places.

  • My mother and our beautiful Salonka. This was weeks before Mother died.

  • Hi! Sorry to be MIA but we are getting stuff done to the house. And selling MORE Matchbox cars. I emptied one of those big 48 car cases!!!

Weather is weird! Cold, windy and snowy one day and now pretty and sunny.

Donated a BUNCH of stuff to the Habitat for Humanity sale but did not stay to help price things. It was so crowded and noisy my anxiety level shot out the top of my head. Nope.

Some sad news. My sister's beautiful Arabian mare that had been retired at a ranch in NM colicked and died. I think the ranch people delayed calling the vet but I will never know.

  • Hi all. Seeing doctor Monday. Making my list of symptoms. I will also get bloodwork and "the cup" test.

Allergies are making my life difficult so it could all be tied together.

I sold a bunch of diecast cars and a mirror today. Yayyyyyy!

Susan, no tornado here but it is so windy and cold. Such wind and rain we had. Send my trash cans (full) flying!

  • Good evening!

Woke up so dizzy--so been drinking water all day and was able to regain my ability to walk, etc. around lunchtime. Son thinks I should check blood sugar. Mike was declared to not have diabetes so his works are all pretty old. I will check with the doctor Monday, maybe she can order new test strips and monitor.n In any case I had two glasses of juice with electrolyte powder in them.

Hope all is well in potteryland.

  • Hi all from drizzly Missouri!

Shelly our Boss is able to run and bounce around like a good terrier should. The gabapentin makes him sleep more which is fine with me as I am the one who gets up with the old boy in the night. He also falls over things a little less. I don't know how much time we've bought him but I'm happy.
