• Marson thank you for the early BD wishes. I will be 75 on May 4th. I haven't been around lately so it was nice to see that you remembered me.

• Hello All!

Ann use the microwave to dry herbs. It is quick and they keep their bright green colors. Just lay them on a paper towel and turn to a midium heat for 30 seconds at a time until crisp.

Shelly when I am able to take car rides we will be getting up your way. It would be great to finally meet.

• Hello Everyone!

Cathy at least you have a life to tell us about. I love hearing about your adventures.

All I am doing is staying home trying to heal.

My balance is off and I fell the other day and just a few min ago, I dropped my sandwich and bend down and picked it up and stretched my back which I am not supposed to do. Now I am sore again. It was a reflex and I hope I didn't mess up my internal stitches.

• Gordon,Thanks for the dog teeth info.

Shelly and Cathy thanks for the prayers.

Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• Good Morning Everyone. It is a beautiful morning.

Gordon no wonder I worry... I looked at the doc's list of my allergies and they missed some big ones! Iodine and IvP dies. The last time a doc gave me Iodine, I almost died! I'll call the nurse in the morning tomorrow and make sure the list is changed.

Lizzie loves our new neighborhood. Nearly everyone has dogs. She getting a lot of attention while out with DH for walks and we put a fence up in the yard for her to run.
I think we will have to have her teeth cleaned at the vet. Her breath would knock you over all of the sudden. She does not chew on anything, never has, so her teeth are gross. Any idea how to clean them without putting her to sleep?

• Good Morning Everyone!
Gordon I used to enjoy your adventures and loved seeing your Mum. I am surprised that Hugo is still breathing! How nice for you.

Having a hard time sleeping. Too busy worrying about my surgery on Thur. meds, diabetes, prosthesis, food etc. Please pray for me.

Doc apt need a shower.

• Hello all.

Don't spend much time on the computer since I am in a lot of back pain. Sitting too long hurts!

Shelly Patterson's name is James. I don't like the women's Murder Club books...boring.

I have read tons of books sine this pain started in Sept. I have been reading Amish stories. They are wholesome not gory.

Thank for the BD wishes no matter when they came. LOL

Our new neighbor is a master gardener and she has planted some flowers in our garden. I can't wait to see what pops up since I can't bend to plant. Her yard is lovely to look at. I just planted boxes that hang on the deck rail and some ferns on the porch. I can't use this picture thing so can't show you pics.

Well sat too long. Going to ly down now. I do read this chat ever day or so. Hope everyone is safe. God Bless You. Pray for me next Thursday, May 12. My back surgery is set for then.

• Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I have been busy decorating. The kids are coming from GA the day after Christmas, so I am going all out with the decorating. The front porch and the stair railing is next, then I am done. Wish I could show you pics but I still can't figure out the Wizard.

Have a great day. Wish you all could come for dinner. We only have 5 this year. Seems like a lot of cooking for such a small group. I am used to 20.

• Hi Everyone!

Max CYE

Susan look up your record albums before selling. Some are worth a lot.

I broke my toe again so am taking it easy but I need to unpack a few more boxes.

Stay warm and dry.

• Shelly guys who have been to war don't have a choice to move on or not. The things they have seen or were made to do is inside and can't be cleaned out like an old stain.
Usually counseling can help some but it isn't going to go away. It is a scar on their souls.

• Goood Morning Everyone! It is our anniversary, but we don't have time to celebrate the 35 years. We will wait until everything settles down.

We moved boxes yesterday and I picked up more than I should have and my hernias are hurting today, so I'll leave the lifting to others. Hollowrock Dave came yesterday and helped with his truck.

My 89 year old aunt wants to help so I am having her cut shelf paper. She is so cute to want to help. We did 6 loads of boxes and it looks like we haven't made a dent in the stack.

• Hi Everyone! Next Friday we will close on the house. We will take 10 days to move boxes and will move on the 3rd and 4th of August. I still don't know where I will put all of the furniture.

Have you ever seen driftwood furniture? It is lovely as far as I am concerned. Sure would like to get a driftwood coffee table.

Has anyone heard from Max? I sent her an email but no answer. Maybe computer problems.

• Susan our foster daughter was doing similar to us and we just didn't want any more stress. I told her and her boy friends not to call us any more because I was sick of all of it. We didn't bother with each other for 6 years. We are talking to each other again and the BS is starting all over, so it won't be long before we tell them to go away again.
We don't provide any money any more, so no crying poor me any more.
I hope it all works out for you, too.

• Just a quick stop to say hello. We are crazy busy with only two weeks until closing. We can hardly walk thru the garage for all of the packed boxes. LOL
Some friends are coming to carry boxes from attic and basement to the garage on Saturday. Guess I'll make a big meatloaf to feed them.

Have a good week everyone!

• Good Morning.

Nice view from your balcony Cathy.

I met one of our new neighbors. They have two old standard poodles and her hubby has a band that plays 60's 70's music. They practice in their basement which is one side of a double house. She said if the woman on the other side can hear them, they will have to practice some where else.

• Max we are busy still packing and moving boxes into the garage. Foster Daughter and her friend helped last night and will come back when they have time to move more. All my old Christmas and holiday stuff is out of the attic now.

We stopped over to the new house today and the hardwood floors were being installed. I really like them. The tile is in the laundry and Bath Rooms and the kitchen cabinets are in, too so everything is moving right along.

We will close on the 24th and then many people who offered to help will move the boxes into the new house. The furniture movers will finish up Aug 3 and 4. Because of the antiques, they won't stack anything.

Cathy full moon tonight and sky is a bit couldy so not much to see except for the circle around the moon.

Just learned that Epsom Salts are good for plants. Will add some tomorrow to the veggies.

• Goodnight all and God Bless You! I am way tired. I'll try to talk tomorrow but we are having another Open House, so might be late.

Chris I collect old Christmas ornaments so think of me when you find them. I'll pat quick and be thrilled.

Max our church GS is Aug 22 and 23. If you have any book requests, we can get them cheap.

• Hi Everyone!

Chris thanks for fixing my pic. Judy on the PB told me it is a type of coreopsis. I am going to did some up to take with me.

Our new house is moving right along. They plastered the ceiling yesterday and they will start painting tomorrow. The stone will be delivered this week and the outside will be done except for the landscaping. All the cabinets are in the garage, so as soon as the floors are installed, they will be put in also. Our final walk thru will be July 23 and the closing will be soon after.

Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• http://tinypic.com/r/a5gj6h/8 What is this flower, Chris?

I had a long post and it disappeared. Too tired to write it again.

Goodnight and God Bless You!

• ]Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Chris the wind blew my clematis flowers away I was so disappointed since they were so lovely. The Gerber Daisies, hydrangeas and yellow flowers that I can't name are blooming now. The dang deer ate all the Stella Dora flowers.
I have borage in bloom in the herb garden and bee balm.
Maybe you know what this flower is

• Susan look on the can of food and get a manufacture add. Write or call and see where you can find their product in your area. Maybe you can buy a case direct.

• Good Morning Everyone!

Mary Poppins was wonderful. The dancing was fantastic!

Some of you asked about the MRI results. I got them Monday.
The MRI showed spinal stenosis, so I will have this problem with back and hip pain forever. I will go back to PT and see if they can help me with it.

I love the new cardiologist and I am off the blood thinners! Yay! He said that the A Fib was episodal and not constant so it isn't a worry for stroke. (Spell check didn't work for episodal, Tincey!)

Shelly find one that you like and can trust. Doctors are human and have personalities. Some click and some do not. I went to two other card. until I found this one. He is a keeper.

• We had two inches of heavy rain last night. I am afraid to go out and look at my potted plants. I put some of them on the porch steps to get watered! We needed rain but not so much at a time. Also had tornadoes in the surrounding area north and East of here.

Our agent called others in the area with two story houses and they aren't getting any lookers either. I think it is the bad school system. Most of the people here either home school or send their kids to Catholic schools.

We went to check on the new house and they have most of the siding on and will start the stone in a few days. The plaster guys are working inside, too. It is amazing to watch them walking on stilts like they are wearing street shoes. We met some more neighbors yesterday and they showed us their house which is a different model. I like ours better!

• Good Morning everyone!

Chris all of the spring flowers are done in my yard and now I wait for the summer ones to bloom. I go from purple in the spring to yellow in the summer. The Gerber daisies are budding now and some ground cover with yellow blooms. The Stella Doro lilies are blooming, too but the butterfly bush isn't doing anything. Gil chopped it down too late. The foliage is pretty tho. Oh are we going to have a zillion cukes! Tomatoes not as good but neighbor gives us them.

We went to a Christlife Conference all weekend. Met some very nice people. The church where it was held is huge with a lot of space and there was a flea market going on there at the same time. The prices were out of site1 nO WONDER ALL THE BUYERS LIKE OURS SO MUCH.

• Shelly Lipine blooms for a long time. So does butterfly bush.

Nothing is is bloom in my yard right now except herbs.

I have to shower and get moving. A seminar tonight and all day tomorrow at church so I won't be around much. Have a good weekend everyone!

• Shelly your house is lovely/

Our Open House was a bust. Not even one person showed up.

I just stopped to tell you al that our agent bought us a St. Joseph statue to bury. No way will I stick it in the ground! Not superstitious enough I guess.

Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• Max I used Tinypics and hate that there is so much junk on there.

• Hello all.

Liz is a small 34 pound English Setter. Not big at all. She is a crazy jumping Jack! But very loving and sweet. She eats nothing that we don't put in her bowl or hand to her, so when we have guests we can have goodies on the coffee table and she never even smells them. My sister's dog is a sweet Labradoodle but is a human vacuum. Can't have any food out any where when she is here and have to hide the garbage can in the laundry room.

Goodnight all and God Bless You!

• Chris Liz is healthy and eats when she wants too. She loves Olive Garden breadsticks.
She is not too skinny anymore since we are feeding her Blue Buffalo. She keeps active running after birds and other critters.

Time to shower!

BBL

• Susan I use the syrofoam peanuts in the bottom of my planters. Only the ones that come here in packages since we buy biodegradable ones.

I will try to root the plant but will not remove it for fear of killing it.

I slept last night with only one potty break. I don't drink flavored water. I drink lots of plain spring water.

We have Open House on Sunday so have some sprucing up to do this week.

Hoping for rain but not on Sunday! Picky picky!

Shower time. Have a good day.

• Chris is the Windsor chair in your garden broken? I have a bunch of seeds that the potties sent me a few years ago that I am going to throw on the hill behind out new place. It is a ravine with lots of wild flowers. I am going to do a friendship garden there, too. I have iris, false indigo, gerber daisies, lilliy of the valley and a few I don't recall here that were given by friends. I may take a few more and plant in pot to take also.

• Good Morning Everyone!

I do read before bed but don't always feel like chatting.

Max our plug in the laundry room is half way up the wall also.

The house has doors and windows now and the concrete is poured on the porch and garage. We met a man there to talk about the deck. Then we went to his store to see the displays of all the choices. Wood is cheaper but I think we should go low maintenance. The yard isn't very big and is not graded yet so we have to wait for the fence measurement. The front windows are very long with a transom over it and very narrow, so the blinds that we bought on sale won't fit.

I'll take pics of the clematis today. It is gorgeous. I am trying to root some so I can plant at the new house. Also have some false indigo in a pot to take. I will miss my private back yard and the view out front but I guess I'll get used to it.

No one coming to buy this house yet. So disappointing.

• Good Morning Everyone!

Up way too early with leg cramps.

We have a walk thru of the new house today to make sure we have the electrical outlets in the right places.

Susan wonder if my cousin with 34 cats knows about buying cat food by the case. It costs her 300 a month that she can't afford to feed them. She smells like cats! I am allergic so can't even go to help her out.

• Good Morning Everyone!

Max I slept well for a change but not long enough. Went to sleep by 10 and woke up at one thirty to potty. Said one decade of the Rosary and fell back to sleep and woke at 5;30, so can't complain.

We stopped by the new house and it now looks like a house! If it doesn't rain today the roof should be done. No one looking at this one yet. We are getting anxious.

• Max they eat the leaves. Not good at all! But I have never seen these little ones before.

• Chris how should I deal with things that look like baby slugs in my front garden? They are on the banister leading to the porch. Gross looking.

• Good Morning Everyone!

Slept a bit better last night. It was cooler, so had warm nightie and a ton of covers. So much cozier.

Lee is still dealing with cancer treatment. She is in one of the FB pottie groups. I mostly read them and don't talk.

How can I make my pics smaller? I want to put them on the PB and they keep saying that they are too large.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATIE!

• Chris we left on Christmas Day for GA, so I didn't bother with decorations. Gil did put the ice lights on the roof tho.

Going to get breakfast and start packing if I can move without pain. BBL

• Chris Lizzie is still a crazy dog always trying to catch chipmunks and birds. So glad that she rarely gets any. We feed her Blue Buffalo for older dogs.

As far as dahlias, I think it is those tiny red spiders. Spray with soapy water. Dawn is good since it has no bad chemicals in it. I have 3 dahlias and they are so pretty in pots.

I hardly slept last night. Always happens on Sunday nights for some reason. MAX I hurt too much to get up and chat, so I hope that you had a better night.

DH went golfing for an extra day today. He'll go Wed. as well. I am a packing fool while he plays!

• Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• Max at least we can talk to each other if we can't sleep. I am so tired from all the packing that I fall asleep fast, then wake up at 3 with leg cramps and that keeps me up for a couple of hours.

We are closing at the end of July unless it keeps raining and they can't work on the house.

Chris I didn't put one tree or even a wreath up last Christmas. I will do better this year in our new house.

• CHRIS! Wow good to see you! I tried emailing you a couple of times and it didn't go through. Want to see your garden and Toby. Are all of your critters doing well?

Good morning Everyone! Got so excited seeing Christ that I forgot to greet everyone!

I sold a jug on FB that I just put on for ID! 100 + postage.

Wrapped and packed most of the glass yesterday. Still have some big pieces to pack today and then I can start on stoneware. Tidbit trays are hard to pack but not as hard as the pedestal cake plates.

We are going over to the model home today to measure the windows since Penneys has the blinds that I want on a 50% off sale. I'll measure the shelves in the kitchen also so I can cut shelf paper while I am sitting around exhausted at night.

Max I am reading a new JA Jance book. It is pretty good. Lizzie does not want to come inside since the weather is so hot, so I sit out with her after dinner and read for an hour after dinner. She knows where to get out of the sun and loves being outside.
We make her come in for the hottest part of the day to cool off in the AC.
I best take a shower befor the next storm comes in.

• No one has even looked at the house. We have only had two lookers in three weeks.
It is getting discouraging. I am rebelling and didn't make the bed or cleaned off the island this morning before we went out. Lol

Max I am taking some plants out of the yard My purple iris is lovely and my clematis is huge with white flowers as big as a bread plate. No trumpet vine tho...that is a PITN.
I will have to show you the lovely plants some friends gave me for my BD. Just can't post pics here any more. I'll put them on FB.

• I also have a stick plant that I would love to show you but I don't know how to link a pic.

It is very interesting and growing like crazy. I would be happy to send a cutting . I sent Shelly a pic. Maybe she can post it.

• I have a Christmas cactus from that old lady that is at least 75 years old. If anyone would like a cutting, I'll try sending them. In water they root and if you stick them in dirt they root. Easy Peasy. I just trimmed it and never throw the cutting away, just pass them on to friends.

• Hi everyone!

Glad to hear that all of you are slowly getting better as am I. Knee is good, hips, soso, heart ok and apt is the 16 with a new cardiologist. Hope I like this one.

Susan I had heritage plants in our 1850's house in Crafton. The old woman who lived there brought them from her granma's farm. I got books to figure out what they were and put the names on Popsicle sticks, so I could do more research after I ID them all. Different old roses lined the corner surrounding the front yard. They were small but beautiful. Well we took a family of Foster kids and they helped me in the yard by getting rid of all of those sticks in the flowers!. So much for all my work!

• Shelly Marson was on the Glassies asking about Betty and Mary Pat. You might want to go give her an update.

I had a time this morning with my heart beating out of whack, so I am very tired now.

Goodnight all and God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• Max no we need to leave for the showings and take the dog with us.
If I have to keep the house in perfect order at least I want someone to see it!

Since I didn't go to Mass last night, I need to shower and go to Mass this afternoon, then my friend wants to go to house openings and then to a memorial service at the cemetery for her Mom. Not a fun day but a busy one.

Hope you are all enjoying the spring weather. I love to see everything bloom.

• Dang can't fall asleep.

No one has even called to see the house yet. I talked to our agent today and she said not to worry, not many people look for Nottingham in the search. Must be patient. Well I say figure out a way to get it seen. Houses sell here like crazy so someone must have a way to get them here.

No wonder I can't sleep. my ear and head is aching.

• Good Morning Everyone!

We finally got the house on the market. Yesterday was so stressful. The carpet stretchers call at 7:30 and said they could be here in 20 min. I said give me time to eat and get dressed! They came a t 8:15 and the carpet cleaner came at 11, so all the tidying that we had done was undone. And now we have to put it all back where it belongs. Couldn't do it last night since the carpets were still damp.
Not liking the write up much, but here is the house.
http://www.pittsburghmoves.com/Property/PropertyResults.aspx?SearchID=24712650

• Tired but wanted to say Hello and Goodnight all, God Bless You!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Glad everyone is on the mend.

Shelly good news!

• Gee why did they make me older than I already am? LOL My BD is May 4 not April 4!

Max and Shelly our move in date is Aug1.

My sugar has been good since I lost weight being sick. I don't want to gain it back but it's creeping up.

Ann my doc said my sugar should be 100 -125. If it gets lower than 90 I can't function. At 70 I'd be comatose!

• Bob just remember that if you cash the check, that will be the end of it even if you have health issues from the accident.

• Hi everyone!

Just a quick stop to say hi. Lots to do since we want to put this house on the market next week.

You all sound very busy. I read my first book in a long time this week. Just went to bed early and read myself to sleep. Close to Home by Lisa Jackson, MAX if you have a chance to read it do. It was very good.

It looks like a beautiful day, so I need to get busy. Hope you all have sunshine and happiness today and a Happy Easter, if I don't get back.

• Cathy we are moving into a brand new one floor living house.
http://www.newhomesource.com/homedetail/planid-1127597 It will be built by Aug first, so we need to get this house ready to put on the market. I have sold some stuff, but not nearly enough. I packed some of my pedestal cake plates today. They are hard to pack and I hope they make it in one piece.

I can't seem to go to sleep tonight. Guess I slept too long today.

• Bob that is awful. Glad you didn't get hurt worse. Don't sign a release until you are sure about your injuries.

Max I sold 6 blue and Gray crocks today and an old store showcase. So glad not to have to pack them.

Goodnight and God Bless all of you!zzzzzzzzzzzzz

May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day.
May songbirds serenade you every step along the way.
May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue.
And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.
~Irish Blessing

• Hello all!

I looked for the lily pad in my Weller book but it isn't there. It is very nice. I have a metal flower toad and used to put it in a fish bowl with flowers when I had the B&B. It caused a sensation at the breakfast table!

I am feeling somewhat better although can't do much yet. I get tired very easily.

May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

• Whew I am tired.

I didn't have PT since the wind blew the electricity out. So I came home and took the fall decorations up to the attic and brought down the big Christmas wreathes that I haven't used since the B&B and put them on the porch railings. Also did 3 loads of laundry and made tuscan kale blend for over pasta for dinner and invited my DS and hubby for dinner.( and their dog of course) 85 pounds of sweetness!

My neighbor called to tell me to run outside to see the biggest rainbow that we have ever seen. It didn't last long since it is so windy, But it was gorgeous!

We'll be leaving for TX Wed. so had to do the laundry and pack. I am so disorganized this time. Not happy to fly on the day before Thanks giving! It's got me discombobulated!!! LOL

• Hi Everyone!

MAX did you get my email the other day? We are thinking of going to FL after GA. Around the 6 of Jan. There is a little house that we want to look at in Deland....wherever that is. Only a half hour from the beach.

• Max never heard of fitted Bed spreads....just sheets.

Shelly I'll ask DH if he wants to sell them. I want religious ones for the holidays.

Bob yes he got them out of the machine since he didn't want to wait in line.

Did not sleep at all last night so going back to bed. BBL

• Bob DH bought stamps the other day...a ton of them and I hate them. Spiderman!

• Susan the flea eggs are on a two week cycle, so if you do the flea treatment closer to the two weeks from when you gave them the first treatment. It should be better. Also clean and de flea your carpets and furniture in two week increments. My friend had a bad problem and we looked it up several years ago.

• Shelly Dr. Kang in Pittsburgh is a miracle worker. Go talk to him first is my opinion. He is with UPMC at Montifiore.

• Max are you sure that night bird isn't a bat? They have a high pitched squeal.

Sewerats try looking up RS Prussia marks.

• Hi everyone!

Max Avon was a glass company not all marked Avon is the cosmetic co. I just found that out a couple of years ago.

Susan my cat whacky cousin has to be out of her apt by the 27th. I told her if she gets rid of the cats, she can stay here for the holidays. She said that she has found a nice small house that she might buy with some help from a friend. I am encouraging her to get the cats out of there before moving. They have made a mess of the apt. I will give her an antique bed but not if she still has the cats to ruin it.

• Janice thank you for correcting my ID. I have never seen any Brush with that kind of bottom. I wish the books showed the bottom of the pots pictured. We will be in Nashville next summer. Maybe we can meet.

• Cathy I IDed your green pot on the ebay chat. It is American Bisque.

Shelly we had a good trip and now are back to the normal rat race. Lunch with our glass study group today and a lecture on Bryce glass at the Heinz History center tonight. Tomorrow we have Gil's golf dinner and a glass club meeting. Thursday is book club and Friday we are going to a school chum's home to have dinner and a song fest. Sat we will sing the Mass and have a Tuscan dinner at church. LOL too much fun!

• Hi everyone. I gave Sue the info that Susan gave me. Now it is up to her to contact the correct agencies. Thanks for all of you and your caring advice.
Going away tomorrow as soon as our retired cop friend gets here. I hope it doesn't rain too much. We will be at Mystic Seaport on Saturday. I will look for Katie's Dad's spirit. Is his name Delaney? I want to know so I can great him if I see him!!!!

God bless all of you!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

• Susan I need some advice. My crazy cousin has about 30 cats and kittens in a one room apartment. She is being evicted and has to get rid of her babies. I know most do not have shots or have been "fixed" What can she do with them. She has a month to get out. She doesn't want them to go to a place where they will be put to sleep. She lives in Pittsburgh PA. I can't help because of my allergies, but would like to find out who she can contact. She has no money since the cats cost 300 a month to feed. She is retired and at the end of her rope. She has no clue where she will go.

• Max it is glass that I have bought to use for the last 20 years or so. When I had the B&B I used it more than I do now. We belong to a Pittsburgh Historic Glass Club and are doing some research for the club. We will display some of the glass at their antiques show in Feb. so I am trying to ID it.

• Good Morning everyone!
Max wish someone would clean here!
I am not putting the glass back in the jelly cupboard until I ID it. I think it will be there until Easter at the rate I'm going. http://tinypic.com/r/20fz31v/8 this is just one surface.

• Hello all. I have been busy working on a paper on the Bryce Glass companies for The Pittsburgh Historic Glass Club. Also cleaning my EAMPG. Don't know how it gets greasy feeling inside an enclosed cupboard.

• Happy Birthday Max! Even if late.

• Good Morning Everyone! DGD went home yesterday and I miss her! There is a sale on DS street around the corner. I might set up a table and try to sell some stuff.

• Hi Lynn!
Max lives in FL now. She used to live in MI. Maybe she will tell you her story sometime.

• Good Morning Everyone!
Max I don't know the total for the second day, but the first was 10 thousand.
My body is still sore! We have our 10 year old DGD visiting this week from GA and have been taking her out every day. I am pooped!

• Shelly now you tell me about shoes. We had tons of new shoes at the garage sale this weekend. We also had new clothing with the store tags still on them.
I just stopped to say goodnight. I am very tired from spending the day at the Science Center in Pitts. Good Bless all of you!

• This is my find of the day at the GS sorting. http://tinypic.com/r/104hjyg/8 It's Duncan Miller's Sandwich pattern. I just bought the same pattern pedestal cake dish for a good price on Ebay, too!

• Wes Lula and Marc have done wonderful work on repairs.
This is an interesting site. http://www.pottery-magic.com/pottery/tip_techniques/repair_pot.htm

• Good Morning Everyone!
Max I put pics of glass on the Original potties and also the glass chat. We have been collect for two days and the stuff is wonderful so far. Better than last year and we made 16000 last year. I am sooo tired but keep plugging away.

• Can't get into the Glass Chat for some reason. Wonder what's up.

• Hi everyone!

Welcome Cathy. I think the Ebay boards will be phased out eventually, so we might as well have an established place to chat.

• Good Morning everyone!

Shelly I have a whole box of that kind of stuff and couldn't sell 35 pieces for 20$. It's church stuff from last year. I took it to markets and an antiques show and no interest was shown. I hope you do better with the blue edges. This has red edges.

• Bob there are lots of videos on utube showing boot camp.

• Please pray for our only grandson. He is in basic training in the Marines right now. I hope he makes it through that. He has always been kind of lazy, so this will either cure him or kill him.

• Hello all!

Shelly Gary joined the motorcycle peace group that goes to the funerals of vets to keep peace. At least that why he quit ebay.

• Shelly it looks like a bird whistle. If you put water in it, it should sound like a bird when you blow it. Very cute!

• Shelly I don't get in here automatically and on the glass chat, I have to refresh and then hit log in and then it comes in ok.

• Go to my facebook page. I put lots of Norway pics there.

• Katie everything was blue in the old house, so I had a lot of B&W. I'll find the pics of that house someday and show you. We went back to the original colors and most were blue from the berries in the yard. I went crazy trying to match them.

• Shelly your pitcher sounds lovely. Use ir for flowers. Put a plastic bag in because sometimes the old pottery seeps.

• All of these pics are from the family room.

here is the last one. http://i62.tinypic.com/2621m4p.jpg

• Max it is a cozy room. Hrer is the hutch top dry sink full. I gave the kitten away sice it was a repro. http://i57.tinypic.com/2cru2cn.jpg
