• No Irene, the dogs don't howl when I play the piano, nor even when an emergency vehicle goes by under sirens.
My previous dogs, Snow n'Nice were inveterate howlers though 🙂

The photo shows Hugo, who at 15 is cautious when he hears a sound outside - he no longer races to the door to investigate, though he's still curious 😀

  • I drove to the Tweed Valley caldera. (A caldera is the rim of any large volcano.)
This one, the Tweed Valley caldera, is the 2nd largest in the world, and 20 million years old.
The largest in the world is still active - the Hawaiian islands and surrounding seas.

The photo shows a small part, may 10% of the entire caldera, which goes 50 miles into the distance (so, out of sight) and then curves back again, as a circle is apt to do 😀

  • Hi Max. Mine has the big bed too, but no hydraulics - I have to lift it manually, though there is a drawer that pulls out to get access to part of the under-bed area.

At night, mist forms on the surface of the Condamine River, and when the early sun hits it and catches the mist, it looks as though the river's on fire: A mystical, magical sight.

  • Irene, wonder if this would help. Newer sites being updated all the time. This one says it has the U.S. census . Being lazy today and loving it.
