A belated thank you for the birthday wishes @shellyrae37 @inmax @whodat111 . We went on a garden tour on Saturday and had cake and ice cream that evening. Everyone's peonies were in bloom and I love seeing all of the different varieties. My favorite garden was terraced and had several private seating areas that would be perfect for curling up with a book.

Sorry for the website outage this afternoon. Who knows why it went down, but my webhost said that they were experiencing widespread outages. Probably someone at the data center tripped over a cord 🙂

@shellyrae37 Shelly - OC here in area has only been opened maybe 3 years but menu is excellent, service is top notch (they don't tolerate poor help - have seen waitresses pulled out of dining room for poor service).
Yes I do have some things listed on eBid - check my profile for link. Only one sale though - lotsa lookie-sees & one or two low-ball offers. No real grasp of how successful they are.

Bob @lookwhatbobfound - looks like you live somewhat near to where MIL lives. She lives in Leesburg & several in-laws live in Eustis. Have spent many enjoyable days down there. Almost bought home in Leesburg last Summer but changed mind after seeing park's monthly lot fee. $1K/ mo was a little steep IMHO.

@shellyrae37 --- DH is a jewel . Going on 63 years now. He just sort of fell into my dating territory when I was as freshman at Univ. of Arkansas. His cousin was housemate in Girl's 4-H House. There were only 16 of us in that house.
But For today— Just completed my putting-out-fires morning routine. One of which was Bill Me Later. I had a hefty bill there partly because I had late fees. I have never consciously used Bill Me Later. I called them ( 1-966-528-3733) to request that they disable my BML. Surprisingly, they agreed that that the dis-enabling was possible and did so.
Now on to other chores.

Shelly @shellyrae37 - RE: PO transactions. I was told that as of mid-January, counter personnel are NOT required to weigh or give receipts for packages that have pre-paid labels on them. They are to be scanned and weighed at the end of the business day prior to shipment. I always ask them to verify my package weight so most of my local counter people scan the shipment in, weigh it & give me a receipt anyway.

@shellyrae37 Shelley , I just checked the only listing that I put today. My images are O.K. I sure don't want to have to got through a bunch of changes. I have enough on my plate as it is. Auctiva usually gets back to me very quickly when I file a request.

@shellyrae37 - Lost post ! Meds took effect finally. Having fun with VA - funny how @ gov't agencies, left hand doesn't know what right is doing, even in same complex.
Actually, counting hours 'til silver bird takes me to warmer climes for a few days.

Shelly - seeing activity in sites such as eBid, Webstore & Bonanza as more & more are jumping the eBoink ship ! I am still listing on the bay but have moved lotsa stuff to Webstore, Bonanza & eBid.

@shellyrae37 SHELLY ... I am soooo hopelessly stooopid when it comes to pottery that I'm thankful that I didn't have to take a test to join this board!!! I absolutely do not know when to call something china, ceramic, pottery, stoneware, earthenware, porcelain....arghhh. It's JUST TOOOOO HARD! I do have a couple of pieces that I'm going to need definite help with once I can get pictures taken. I do love these new boards. For me, they are much easier to read...and above all I love the delete feature if I mess up. 😀
